Warranty Policy

Catcher Craft guarantees all Catcher Craft products to the original owner against material and workmanship defects for all its products. If a Catcher Craft item fails to meet performance expectations, contact the dealer where it was purchased or contact Catcher Craft directly. At our discretion, defective products will be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price will be refunded.

Specific items, such as inflatable boats and frames, are subject to defined warranty periods. Catcher Craft excludes all other warranties, whether express or implied, and assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of its products.

Inflatable Warranty

All Catcher Craft boats are fully guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. For rafts used by consumers, the warranty is 5 years. For rafts in commercial use, the warranty is 2 years. Catcher Craft is not responsible for the effects of normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty will be for Catcher Craft to refund, repair, or replace defective product, at Catcher Craft’s sole discretion. 

Frame Warranty

Catcher Craft offers a full, life-time warranty on all aluminum parts of all frames to the original purchaser. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty will be for Catcher Craft to refund, repair, or replace defective product, at Catcher Craft’s sole discretion.
