Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days and should arrive in 3-10 days but are not guaranteed. Orders are not filled or shipped on weekends or holidays. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for delivery during and following holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping is available. For more information, contact us at sale@catchercraft.com. Please note increased rates for expedited shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times and dates are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Catcher Craft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Catcher Craft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship to US residents of all 50 states (not including US territories outside the continental US, and all Canadian provinces.
