Returns & Exchanges

At Catcher Craft, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at 1 (888) 727-0166 or sale@catchercraft.com. Our team will provide you with the necessary information to initiate your return.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and must be accommodated by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will gladly replace any defective units and provide an exchange for the same model and style only.

Refunds

A credit in the amount of the purchase price will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted. For any refund issues, please contact sale@catchercraft.com.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective items and will be deducted from your refund.
